How do I add my first product?

Open Products from your seller dashboard, choose Add Product, enter the product details, upload an image, and save.

How do I connect a courier?

Open Courier from the dashboard, select Pathao or Steadfast, enter your provider credentials, and choose Save & Connect.

Where can I see my orders?

Open Orders from the dashboard. You can filter orders by status, search by customer or order number, and open an order for full details.

How can I contact Shopra support?
